Ian is our most experienced designer, he has been making his clients dream kitchens a reality for over 25 years. With a wealth of knowledge over his many years of experience in the kitchen design industry, it is unsurprising Ian is highly commended by many of his clients for his attention to detail, in-depth knowledge and patience.

Ian is a movie fanatic, his favourite being Shawshank Redemption. He also particularly enjoys gardening and often spends his entire weekend in his own!

Working in the kitchen and appliance trade since 2005, Jim brings a wealth knowledge and talent to Long Eaton Kitchens. Jim takes a tremendous amount of pride in getting to know his clients, their lifestyles and how they intend on using their space. His meticulous approach offers clients full confidence that their kitchen is perfectly designed to meet their specific needs.

Jim is a frequent traveller and his favourite thing to do on holiday is ski. His favourite ski destination he has visited so far is Andorra.

Joining the team in 1999, Terry has been a key member in growing the business. He primarily works on the appliance side of the company and runs the entire showroom. He brings an abundance of knowledge and experience to Design Works Kitchens and is the guy with all the answers to any of your appliance related questions!

Terry loves to cook, his pièce de résistance is pulled pork cooked in his Kamado Joe. He is also a big fan of music and lover of gigs, his favourite gig so far has been The Cure.

Wayne is our instillation manager, he oversees the whole project and coordinates all of the tradesmen involved, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. He is always happy to offer advice and answer any queries that may arise during the instillation of your kitchen. Wayne has been working with Design Works Kitchens for over 20 years and has played a significant role in our success.

Wayne is a huge West Bromwich Albion fan and has always had a strong love of football running various local clubs over the years.

Sally is our wonderful customer service manager who joined us in 2015, her job is to ensure all of our customers are happy and she will quite literally go to end of the earth ensuring our customers have had a fantastic experience. She is an incredibly patient and meticulous individual, meaning she is a key member in ensuring projects are kept running smoothly.

Sally is a huge fan of cruising, her favourite place she has visited so far is Barbados, she also enjoys family get togethers, baileys and Pina coladas!

Poppy is the newest member of the team, she oversees all marketing elements of Long Eaton Kitchens, including the management of our website, social media channels, events and liaising with with press to gain coverage in interior/appliance blogs and articles.

Poppy adores animals. She has recently completed her BSc in equine science and enjoys spending time with her pony Phil & two pugs. Her favourite days in the showroom are the ones where she is accompanied by her marketing intern Hugo (the pug).
